@Jeannette B For line 5 I need the model and serial information please.
For job 9 - before I can get PA on this line, I need to know what is going to be done. Is it something that can be repaired or does it need to be replaced. Will also need model/serial info.
For job 11 - Before I can do a PA, I need to know what the actual repair is going to be too. I can't just ask for diag time.

@Jeannette B Hey there! Is this one being worked on? I needed some information for lines 5, 9 and 11 before I can submit for PA. We've had it for over a month now. I'm just wondering if I should submit the PA without those lines for now or keep holding this one?

I know it has been redispatched to the tech, awhile ago actually, but there hasn't been any update or updated copy of the work order uploaded. It's nearly 3 months old now.

TESTING AND LEARNING — Testing/Learning claim review: MYRV RO 72923-1.
The May–August requests for missing information have been resolved for authorization purposes: new photos were accepted August 18, and the August 19 follow-up explicitly approves job 9 for 0.5 hour. Do not continue treating the awning line as pending or ask again for the stove/awning labels already photographed. Job 11 was deliberately made a no-charge line and was not submitted for PA; it should stay separate from the warranty billing.
Latest approved hours by job are 1: 0.4, 2: 0.1, 3: 0.3, 4: 0.2, 5: 0.05, 6: 0.2, 7: 0.2, 8: 0.2, 9: 0.5 and 10: 0.05 (2.2 hours total), subject to the stated repair-code requirements. These replace the larger requested times on the RO; any additional labor needs separate supporting authorization.
The remaining payment-readiness gap is actual closeout: confirm completion by job, parts receipt/installation for the blind, grommet, awning work and waste handle, and retain the final technician correction and functional checks. The photos document damage and component identification but do not establish that all work is finished. No final invoice, submitted claim confirmation or payment is present.
Learning: the thread shows months spent redispatching for incomplete repair descriptions and identifiers. Collect that information together at diagnosis, reconcile later approvals into the final billing, and track approved work through completion and remittance. @Chris B @Heidi H @Tricia H

Stephanie Kendziorski

Yes, the awning arm is approved to be replaced. On August 19th I had responded to FR that the tech did try to adjust/repair it and they approved the replacement that same day for .5.
