Refer was not secured properly. Screw was broken. The refer screw had broken the style.

Remove refer. In order to install a new style the furnace needs to be taken out and the gas line disconnected, along with any electrical wires. The fuse box also has to be unscrewed and wires have to be taken off in order to place a new style in. The wood around the style needs to be taken apart to add a new style and then screwed back into the factory location. The furnace will need to be reinstalled in factory location, wires need to be reconnected, fuse panel reinstalled and wires reconnected. Checked all for proper operation. Refer has to be wires and screwed back in factory location and test for proper operation, Style is 2 x 20 long. Model# Dlr Sub Hrs 3.50 Sub

@Stephanie K This unit has sold and I have been trying to get customer to bring the unit back and have had nothing by resistance from him

Ok, I am not sure what your process is there for situations like this where the customer does not return, but I can move this approved PA out of here and put it in the non-claimable folder if that works? @Jeff M The authorization would still be approved for about 3 months, so if he does manage to come in, it's still approved. And, his warranty does not expire until May 29th of 2027.
