Correct repair would require removing ceiling panel and install installing lumber backer to anchor heavy pocket door. Removal of ceiling panel would require removal of air-conditioning Plenum television, antenna plate, TV outlet closet door, inner closet, trim, closet, door, jamb pocket door, valance air-conditioning register and reinstallation of Backer. Requesting 16.8 hours for repair.

@Stephanie K This WO will need to be re-dispatched to a different tech. Is it OK if I transfer Jobs 1 - 10 to WO#72768-1?

I haven't started anything on this one yet, so it's ok with me. If all the warranty jobs are going to 72768-1, just make sure when you send it to me, that all the labor times, notes, and pics that you have are included. I needed time and pics for several of the jobs. If you're going to transfer all the warranty jobs to a new work order, I'll move this one into the "write off" folder, essentially just saying nothing on it will be claimable since you're transferring the lines.

All warranty lines are being transferred to 72768-1. Moving this to the write off (non-claimable) folder as nothing will be submitted to warranty on this.
