@Stephanie K This is what the tech said for line #7 - Cause: Unknown. Must disconnect and pull stove to find issue.
Correction: Requesting 1.0 hr to pull stove. L.p drop test must be performed . If Parts has the dump valve for Line 4, and the latch for Line 5 we can use that, if warranty approves

I'm sorry, Jeannette. I have not put that line in yet because there was not a correction. I know tech requested an hour to pull the stove, I didn't realize you wanted authorization just to pull it to diagnose issue. When I get back, I'll get it in.

@Jeannette B Tony Dile has responded for my request. He wants to know if the tech checked the fuse. He stated he needs to know what the problem is before he gives time. Could be the fuse or the wire could need to be replaced.

I can try, or I can add it in when we go to update the repair once the tech finds out what is really wrong. The .7 that was authorized was just an initial amount to aid in diagnosing the concern - I'll have to update it again with the time needed to repair. Do you want me to try and get the additional .14 right now, or just when I update the labor once the repair is known?

@Stephanie K Sorry. I thought I added this to the notes to you. This is why tech was over by .14. Found loose wire on hot at floor plug. Repaired and tested.
