Job 1 approved 1.5 hours - note from manufacturer - Authorized 1.5hrs to replace the unity board (Lippert part# 2023018428). Please note the time requested is excessive for this part. Flat rate to replace the unity board is 0.50, neither Forest River or the vendor are required to cover diag time. We are authorizing 1 extra hour on top of the 0.50 authorized by the vendor as goodwill. For future reference if a job is taking a long time to complete we do have a technical support team you can contact for assistance with repairs.

@Jeannette B Can you send a final copy that has your pricing billed out? I'll also need an invoice for the unity board if it is over $25 and for the freight since it is not a FR part number, I can't pull the invoice.

@Stephanie K This must have been the other one I sent yesterday without the costs. Our cost on the Unity Assembly was $548.30 and $10.50 in freight. I just uploaded correct invoice

@Jeannette B I got the updated copy of the work order, but I am not seeing an invoice for the part here. Because this is not a Jayco part, I need the invoice from wherever the part was ordered to attach to the claim line.

@Jeannette B Job 1 - part return is required. Please go into the FR portal and create your label to send the part back. Once the part has shipped, please send me the tracking number so I can add it to the claim. Please note, they only allow 14 days before they deny. Thanks!
