During the diagnostic for the water heater on electric I found as soon as the switch was turned it blew the monitor fuse Tested the 120 side which tested correctly Tested the amps at 10.34 which is correct Further testing it was found the signal wire was connected to the ground and ground was connected to the BARELA JR, FRANK Customer #: 60002 brown wire Once the wires were switched the fuse stopped blowing and the water heater began working. Allowed the electric to run until it produced hot which it did. Tested the water heater on the gas side and was working correctly Water heater repaired job complete 5.00HRS

@Sarah C This one was shorted $7, the labor rate calculated at $165/hour instead of your $179. I have an email over to see how to best correct it for this claim, but wanted to let you know in case the check came before I could get it resolved.

Sarah, they are correcting the labor shortage for the awning rail. It'll be claim J01465295-001-01 for $7.00, but it'll be a pay cycle after you get paid on the majority of the claim.
