Should be Job's 1 & 2 here is what the tech said for both:
Job #1 - CAUSE: Fasteners detached
CORRECTION: Removed old fasteners. Installed new. Completed Requesting .20hr.
Job #2 - CAUSE: Manifold separation inside ceiling. Tape detaching and flapping.
CORRECTION: Removed detached tape. Resecured manifold. Taped at all critical seal points. Reinstalled ceiling unit and tested. Completed.
Requesting .5hr.
