@Jeannette B Just checking in on this one. It's an older one and we've had approval for awhile. Has anything been completed?

@Stephanie K Apparently we received the Lino but it was the wrong color. We are waiting on new Lino

Hey Jeannette, this claim is going to expire in the portal in about a month. Just wanted to check in and see if you have all the correct parts and if work is able to be started. Don't want to wait until the last minute on this one, otherwise I have to do a new PA, and expired claims can be a bit harder to get reapproved.

@Stephanie K Still trying to get into the bay for the linoleum. I will get with Chris tomorrow and see if we can get it in soon. All the other jobs have been completed. .

If you want, I can submit jobs 6, 7 and 11 and split the flooring to a new PA so it's the only thing left to get paid. If you would like me to do this, can you send me a copy of the work order that has the parts billed out for those jobs?

@Rhianna S @Jeannette B Which invoice am I using for the linoleum? There is this one and then also 14529488 where the stiles were ordered. You only have a quantity of 3 billed, and it looks like 6 were ordered. It'll make a difference in your freight charges. Also, Jeannette, you have the freight of $205.16 billed twice.

@Stephanie K Being that the first lino was incorrect I left it on. I will let Ree respond on that one

Hi @Stephanie K, this work order got a little messed up. The freight of $205.16 and Crate of $5.00 should have only been applied to job 4. The lino job #6 should have a freight of $54.47. I'll attach the correct invoice for now. I am going to get with @John M tomorrow morning when he gets in to see if he can correct the closed work order so everything matches, unfortunately I do not have authority to do that

Hi Stephanie - This WO was a mess as far as the FRT charges for jobs 4 & 6. I deleted these 2 jobs from the claim, then corrected the WO, then added the jobs back into the claim. It should be accurate now
