Job 4 was denied for no pictures available. Is there anyway to get pictures at this time? Job 5 was approved for 2.5 hours, but the part was not returned in a timely manner and was then denied. I am happy to put this back in for authorization, but want to confirm that you do still have the part available to return before I do that. @Jeff M

Just checking in on this one. Do you have pictures for job 4 and for line 5 do you have the part to return? It was previously denied for no part return, just want to double check you still have it before I put in the line.

This WO is on our AR aged 34 days for #659.94 - what is the status of being able to resubmit this claim for payment? @Brian P @Jeannette B @Jeff M

Job 4 was denied for not having pictures and job 5 was denied for not sending the part back. For line 4 - there is a note on the FR portal that the photos were lost. Without the pictures, I don't think there is anything I can do on this one. I had asked if they could be retrieved, just to double check. For line 5 - I had asked if the part was still at the dealership to return. If it is not there or can't be found, unfortunately this won't pay either. It is the reason that it was denied because the part was not sent back. I'm not sure what Brian contacted Richard about on this one, but the last info I had on it, was Brian was waiting to hear back from him.

@Brian P Do we know if you have the part for line 5 to return? Unfortunately, I can put in a PA for it, but if you don't have the part to send back, it's not going to pay. Are the pictures for line 4 able to be recovered at all? I know the prior authorization states the pictures were lost, but want to confirm that they wouldn't have backed up anywhere.

@Brian P Have you been able to reach Richard? You had mentioned that you were going to contact him. Without pictures for line 4 or having the part to return for line 5, this one may end up remaining denied. If you can let me know if you have the part to return or any pictures that may have been found for line 4, I can get this one put back in.
