Chiming in just so we are all on the same page, lines 3 & 4 were submitted for payment and paid back in November. Jobs 5-8 are all approved, but have not yet been submitted for payment. If those jobs are ready to be submitted for payment now, can you send a final copy that has the part pricing on it and the part for job 5 billed?
