@Ashlee O THE INVOICE SHOWING FREIGHT CHARGES WAS ADDED ON 12-21. IT IS TITLED "555468".
THERE IS NO DEFECTIVE PART TO SHOW. WE HAD TO ADD A PART THAT WAS NOT INSTALLED FROM THE FACTORY.
