@Ashlee O , I am not finding anything for this one in the system for them. Can you verify whether or not this should be submitted or if it is a write off? I don't see any notes saying it needs to be written off. It's still on the reconciliation sheet, and it's from July, so I am just double checking. Thanks. @Heidi H
