@cody e @Jeremy G Job A - you state "recommend a new switch" but then it looks like the issue was fixed without replacing. Please advise on actual correction and time requesting. Job B - appears to be NPF, 1 hour is excessive Job C - NPF, what are you requesting 4 hours on? Job D - 2 hours is excessive for tightening cold water intake. Job F- NPF or are you requesting to replace and seal cover? Jayco will not pay NPF lines usually, especially when the time is that excessive. Please correct all lines and address our concerns/questions. Upload the corrected work order to this folder when done and let us know so we can get it entered for you.

@cody e @Jeremy G @Michael B Following up on this again. I will only request flat rate for the ones where excessive time is requested however, we still need a response to the question on Job A, Job B and C are NPF yet have a lot of time requested so clarification on that would be great. Job F needs clarification because you state NPF but also request to replace and seal the cover.

@Alix M @Jeremy G @Michael B this camper has been completed there is a final ro in tekion i would recommend getting as much time as you can for this ro or any ro and get these summited.

@cody e @Jeremy G @Michael B Like I stated, we will request flat rates for times that are excessive. But the final RO is still the same as this one. I have questions we need answered as the correction for Job A has "Recommend new switch" but then states that you reinstalled the old one. Job F states recommend new but then NPF. These NEED clarification and are not something we can just guess on. Please read through these and let me know what was actually done on these lines.

@Alix M @cody e @Michael B If I am understanding correctly , We will change what we need to for you to submit it . However, we do not put requested time on an RO for you to think its excessive and submit it for the flat rate time , We use you guys to submit what we put on the RO and let the manufacturer tell you its excessive ,

@Jeremy G for job C, you have 4.0 hours requested. Please let us know what the actual correction would be that would support the requested 4.0 hours. As per Alix's question. She has additional questions as to the repairs on this RO also. Please note above Cody states this repair is complete (job C punched 1.4 hours, requested 4.0) and to get what we can get.
