@Alix M @cody e This is a sold unit so I cant charge this to the unit. I am having a hard time with the techs story which is good and the video also that Jayco thinks that this is Link RVs responsibility to pay for. Can we please ask for reconsideration on this

@cody e @Jeremy G @Michael B Was this work actually done May 4th? This will be denied being it is out of the 60-day window to submit claims after work is completed. Please advise as we didn't even receive this WO until June 26 which was almost a full month after the work was done.

This is over 60 days as this wasn't moved to ready to submit until July 23rd. It has been submitted for payment but will most likely be denied. Please make sure you are going through the approved folders timely in order to avoid this in the future. Thanks!
