@cody e @Jeremy G From FR: We will not be replacing the lino. This can be repaired. If your techs are not able to make the repairs you will need to reach out to a sublet and have it repaired. If you get a sublet, please attach a copy of the sublets estimate to this claim. The estimate MUST have the vin number on it. Change the code to sublet and enter the sublet amount into the correct box.

@Alix M @cody e @ Alix , I would like it if you could ask for a reconsideration o this one . This may be one that we need to get Chris in on . The customer just took delivery of this unit yesterday . This unit is brand new to them and is brand new, I do not want to tell them they are going to have repaired Lino in a brand new unit they have never stayed in yet.

@Jeremy G @cody e From FR: Thank you for reaching out. I would agree with our reps.  This floor cannot be replaced for one scratched tile on the linoleum.  I asked Dennis and Richard (the manager at Prime Time) to help you find someone to come fix this in a timely manner to avoid an unhappy customer. We need to find a better alternative to replacing the linoleum.

@Alix M @cody e Alix I am confused here. We are trying to give this customer the option of replacing or repairing and its good to know that we can replace it if that is what they want and should get. I did not expect you to say that you agree with the Prime time Reps that this needs repaired. Are you working for us or them ? Not trying to be rude but this sure dont seem like your trying to help Link RV here.

@Jeremy G @cody e Forest River will not pay to have it replaced. They will only cover repairs. They want you to get an estimate on the repairs to submit for PA. I am asking that you separate the lino repair from the slide adjustment so I can enter them separately as they should be.

@Jeremy G @cody e I am adding in an "estimate" that Forest River provided. However, they did not give the place the correct address. I tried to address this with them, but they said you need to reach out to this person to get a correct estimate. I don't know what their purpose was for providing this to us if they do not intend to get the correct estimate. "You will have to reach out to Heather 612-349-6623 or 'her email Heather.Lui@WeCanFixThat.com' to schedule when is a good time for her to repair."
