Emailed Jayco this morning to get this moving. They have asked twice for items already provided by us (photos of the hardware and the address).

Vendor approval - WC9448 has been issued for J01529056 and is authorization for 2 replacement PGL’s and 1.15 labor hour to repair. 0.66 to replace both pieces go glass and 0.5 to remove the ladder if needed.

Received email from Jason that the 2 panels that the vendor sent are not fitting correctly. I have reached out to Jayco to get this resolved. I will comment once I hear back.

THE PARTS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ON THERE. THIS REPLACEMENT WINDOW CAME DAMAGED FROM JAYCO AND THEY HAD TO SEND ANOTHER.
