@Ashlee O I spoke with the tech, he stated that Lippert awnings of 20' or more usually have center support. If awnings of longer length do not have these it allows the fabric to stretch as this one has.

Good morning,
After looking at the pictures submitted on this claim I must stay with the original assessment. The unit is built in accordance with current manufacturing specifications. We feel that if a new tube is sent, you would have the sane amount of deflection with the tube. We do not build them with supports for the awnings.

@Cole P Can you let me know what you think on this. According to the techs the adjustment is not the fix. Joe and Holden were the techs if you need to speak to them. Please let me know what way to go on this.
