@Stephanie D Hey! Were there parts for this recall? The PA references them, so just double checking before I submit. Thanks!

----TESTING/LEARNING---- TRI 1202 / WO 27775 / Lippert recall 25E-079 / case 7190640. Reviewed all four PDFs, all three photos individually, and the complete sidebar threads. Ashlee: the parts question on COMPLETED WO.pdf is answered by Tessa's October 16 reply on this original WO: the recall kit arrived and was sent at no charge (order 18429 / sales 9065572). The final WO requested October 21 was attached October 22. Those items are resolved; $0 parts is consistent with the no-charge kit, not evidence of lost parts reimbursement. The completed WO records October 21, 1.5 labor hours and $262.50 total, with $0 parts/sublet/extras. Lippert's October 7 email approves the needed recall parts and 1.5 hours. It does not state a dollar labor rate, so confirm the applicable rate before treating $262.50 as an approved payment. Remaining evidence check: the correction narrative still says the recall 'needs to be completed' although the labor line says 'RECALL COMPLETED.' Please document the actual repair option, installed part(s), and completed procedure. The bulletin distinguishes reinforcement (Option A, 0.6 hour) from replacement (Option B, 1.5 hours); retain the specific 1.5-hour authorization and match the narrative to work actually performed. All three October 5 photos show the pump/bracket from different angles, but do not establish the completed reinforcement/replacement. Obtain clear completion evidence and confirm required sign-off; the customer-signature line is blank. Learning: connect the parts receipt, authorization, actual correction and after-repair evidence before final submission. No final submission receipt or payment evidence is present in this packet. @Stephanie D @Chris B @Ashlee O @Heidi H @Cole P @Tricia H

It’s not mandatory - yet -. But Grand Design just made it mandatory for their dealers and secondly it is just a good way to cover your butts. But it is NOT required at this time
