Don't even stress it! All good. I added that line to another claim and added the correct pictures to the original claim.

@Stephanie D FR feedback, job 1:
sbabbitt@forestriverinc.comPer the vendor. "these pictures are of a door that doesn’t show an issue. I’m not inclined to cover this without it showing a warranty defect. The first pictures they sent were of a delam door(I can still see in the picture), one that they were supposed to have replaced originally that is the same size as this one. " Please review the old claims on this claims on this coach for the doors. It appears the incorrect repair that was authorized was not done and the vendor is not going to cover a repair that they have already paid to have done that was not done.

Ashlee, I went back through all the claims to verify. Claim 2660365 1 of the bedroom cabinet doors were replaced. Line 1 on this WO is for the cabinet at the bottom of the bed. There is nothing wrong with the door we measured, that was for parts use. I have outlined in blue the overlay peeling off the doors that have not been replaced.

@Stephanie D WO 27564 FR feedback: I got this email this morning...
Sarah M. Robinson <smrobinson@forestriverinc.com>
7:34 AM (4 hours ago)to mePer the vendor they are not covering this door. The reason being is that after I sent the photos you provided they reviewed them again and confirmed that they have in fact already paid to have the door replaced. They started that on the claim where you were already authorized to replace there was another door so it would be the claim we were previously talking about. She stated she can tell from the photos provided that it is the same door and was not changed due to the patterns in the overlay. This is different on each door due to the way it is installed. This would not show the same pattern on this door if it had been replaced as previously authorized.
I am confused due to the notes for the claim stating the cabinet door at the bottom of the bed is peeling. Foot of the bed and this is not what the photos show.
Let me know how you want to move forward. Also, the claim I submitted for job 2 was denied because they wanted all these lines on the same WO, however, they won't reset it for me to add the line to this existing claim.
This is the feedback on the second claim:
This needs added to the current open claim with the door we are currently reviewing. Please check the coach for any additional doors so I do not have to keep addressing each indiviual door with the vendor.
