@Stephanie D WO 27400 KZ feedback:
JS 7/20/26 Line 3 if the slide is out of adjustment that is a maintenance feature for the retail customer. The slide will need to be adjusted and tested so that this does not happen again. How do you plan to repair the lino? Sublet by Fibrenew or Creative Colors ?JS 7/20/26 line 4 dealer to attach photos of all vendor markings off the defective valve.

@Ashlee O I would like to contact Fibrenew for line 3. I found the email we used for furniture in another claim and attaching it below. I am pretty sure we can send him the photos and he does the estimate.

@Stephanie D WO 27400 Fibrenew feedback:
I can definitely give you a quote on this. I just want to know are you wanting to have the floor panels replaced? Due to the size of the damage it may be the best option to replace the panels over doing an adhesive repair. Do you have the same linoleum flooring? I'm asking because I'll need the exact panels from a spare linoleum floor.

If this is approved, we can order the exact Lino flooring. We usually order enough for the pattern to repeat itself, this way it can be pieced in place.

@Stephanie D Here's the quote from Firbrenew, I want to make sure the description of what needs done is correct before I sent it over to KZ. Will you look it over & let me know please?

TESTING AND LEARNING — TRI 1202 / RO 27400. Internal evidence review only; not a final coverage decision. Read-only factual assessment. RO 27400 documents six warranty concerns on the identified 2026 KZ-RV Sportster. Photos substantiate marked interior panel seams, a visibly damaged/peeled floor area, and black-tank plumbing/valve context; a Fibrenew estimate quotes $2,469.38 total for five-panel linoleum-floor replacement. The work order records technician conclusions for jobs 1 through 4, but the packet does not independently establish those causes, active slide drag or tank leakage, refrigerator/inverter issues, or completed repairs. It contains no direct evidence of a manufacturer denial, adjudication, final approval, reimbursement, or payment. Native Dropbox discussion includes: Per Chris, not going any further with this one, moving to manufacturer denied claims (discussion entry, not proof of final payment). Outstanding evidence: Completed manufacturer claim or preauthorization identifying RO 27400, the VIN, each requested operation/amount, submission date, coverage basis, and final line-level disposition.; Dated manufacturer/administrator denial or approval communication or portal record with a reason tied to this repair order and each operation.; Diagnostic and repair evidence for the refrigerator-temperature alarm and inverter/AC charging instruction, including readings, technician notes, and.... No final payment or completed adjudication is inferred from folder placement. @Chris B @Heidi H @Tricia H
