We will use the one with 1.5 labor for warranty replacement.
The other WO with 29 hours labor is proof of when the part was purchased. Customer did not purchase across the counter; it was added to a WO at that time and billed out.

Ashlee, yes this is a part warranty. The WO with part purchase on it is when the customer had it installed. WO has a in and out date. I am not sure they will cover this, but the customer has asked service to give it a try!

As outlined in our warranty guidelines, this type of condition is typically not eligible for coverage and should have been addressed at the time of your initial contact.
However, as a courtesy, we have made an exception to cover this claim as a one-time goodwill gesture.
Please note that any future claims of a similar nature may not be eligible for coverage.
