@Stephanie D WO 26854 Good morning! Who does this one need to go to? It shows it's a KZ unit, but it's in the vendor folder, so I wanted to double check. Thanks!

I have attached the Dicor info that I snipped from a claim we had done with them a little over a year ago. There is a number on there and the best thing maybe call them and see what the warranty procedure is now. FYI: This usually takes the customer calling them and getting the approval. Or at least that was my experience with the 3 I have done! The customer got it started and I just contacted whom they had spoken to at Dicor. I will help in any way I can!

@Stephanie D WO 26854 Dicor feedback:
Good afternoon
Thank you for reaching out.
This appears to be impact related due to the half moon shape of the cracks.
Most likely caused by hail. How many spots are there like this and has there been hail in the area?

TESTING AND LEARNING — TRI 1202 / RO 26854. Internal evidence review only; not a final coverage decision. The work order alleges TPO roof membrane splitting along multiple roof/seam areas and proposes a 35.0-hour roof replacement. All 19 available roof photographs show roof, perimeter, seam, vent and sealant conditions, but do not independently establish whether the cracking arose from defective material, hail/impact, installation, or another cause. The existing Dropbox discussion records a Dicor preauthorization inquiry and a reported Dicor response that half-moon-shaped cracking appeared impact-related, possibly hail; it also says the customer was contacting Dicor and later records 'customer/dealership denied w/o.' That abbreviated note does not establish a primary final Dicor manufacturer denial or who made the decision. The Dicor contact screenshot provides contact and material lead-time information, not a disposition. Please obtain the primary Dicor submission, evaluation, claim correspondence and final written decision; customer response and any hail/insurance evidence; diagnostic inspection determining cause; and any completed roof-repair, authorization, invoice, payment, or appeal records. No final manufacturer adjudication, completed repair, or payment is verified by this packet. @Chris B @Heidi H @Tricia H
