Ashlee per the conversation with the customer he is purchasing his own water heater now. He stated he did not have time to wait on warranty. @Cole P was present for the conversation and is agreement we pull back on this claim. Thank you and sorry for any complications this may have caused!

TESTING AND LEARNING — TRI 1202 / RO 26707. Internal evidence review only; not a final coverage decision. Read-only factual assessment only. The work order records a water-heater leak complaint and an asserted brass-fitting failure; photos show an appliance interior and a split-like mark on one copper section, but do not establish active leakage, cause, repair, test, coverage, or payment. The comments support PA submission followed by an employee-reported withdrawal, not a documented manufacturer denial or final adjudication. Outstanding evidence: Actual manufacturer claim decision, rationale, date, and decision-maker; Forest River response after the vendor-label request and any confirmation that PA#2577243 was withdrawn/closed; Vendor-label image requested by Forest River, warranty terms, and coverage/authorization record. No final payment or completed adjudication is inferred from folder placement. @Chris B @Heidi H @Tricia H
