Please refer to the generator's owners manual for contact information. Authorized service facilities can be found at: https://www.cummins.com/locations. If you contact Forest River for authorization or assistance, the Warranty Representative will assist in finding a locally authorized Cummins/Onan facility, but won't be able to authorize repairs unless caused by installation. All complete replacements must be authorized by the manufacturer.

@Ashlee O I have attached the requested photos for 1 and 3. However, on line 2 the generator, this is not an Onan/Cummins generator and to my understanding they will not service this generator. If we need to just replace it, we can ask for that. This generator is available on Forest River parts.

Good afternoon   This situation is like the noise from an air fryer (some may be louder, some quieter).    Here are the steps we can offer to the technician that is working on this.   Run the oven fan to check for noise. Remove the fan shroud (cover). Run the oven fan to check for noise again to see if it improved. Adjust fan blade by bending blades as needed. Replace fan shroud and check for noise again. If needed, place washers at each shroud mounting screw to act as a spacer to prevent fan blades from contacting shroud. We would like to try this and get another reading from the DBA meter.   0.10hrs approved for adjustment.

@Stephanie D FR feedback: job 1 is authorized for the testing noted above,. here it is again: Good afternoon Thank you for reaching out. The flat rate for the DB test is 0.10 and the fan adjustment is also 0.10 as it is located inside the range and only requires removal of the oven rack to access. I do see pictures were sent and this may have been an additional test. I will give 0.10 for this test as well, though I did specify needing video in our earlier correspondence. This brings the total to 0.30hrs and if the range needs to be replaced, we will give an additional 1.0hrs for that as well. Thank you and have a great afternoon.
