@Stephanie D Do you have other pictures for either of these jobs? I don't think one picture per job line is going to be enough to get these approved. Thanks!

Ashlee, I did attach 2 more photos for the roof. The tech stated for line 1 it's a very small area. This is the only photo that would show there is no support in the middle of the shower pan.

Job 2
2/19/2025astauffer@forestriverinc.comWith the information and pictures provided there appears to be warrantable concern present at this time. We will note for now. Air pockets, bubbles, seam pops, and wrinkles are just cosmetic anomalies and will Not affect the performance if the roof. This line will reflect Denied.

@Ashlee O Tech stated for Job 2 the support must have been installed like this from factory. Ther e is no trace of the piece that split off.

The customer has decided not to have the support added to the shower on line 1. This will close this WO on my end.

Ok. Both job lines are denied in FR at this time. For the roof specifically, they are noting it at this time, but that is all.

TESTING AND LEARNING - @Chris B @Heidi H @Tricia H Tri-Am WO 26536 / Forest River PA 2531862: The work order requests shower-pan reinforcement (3.0 hours) and roof-membrane work (35.0 hours). The existing Dropbox discussion says both lines were denied in Forest River. For the roof, manufacturer feedback characterized air pockets/bubbles, seam pops and wrinkles as cosmetic and indicated the line would be denied. The manufacturer also requested more shower-pan photos; the dealer later recorded that the customer declined added shower support and closed the work order on its side. Four reviewed photos document the shower-pan underside and roof texture but do not independently prove cause, coverage, completed repair or payment. Please confirm the final OEM disposition, any later decision, repair outcome and payment records. This TESTING AND LEARNING notice is not final adjudication; production dealer-testing hold remains active, and original Dropbox files have not been changed.
