@Stephanie D EF 12-10 Please reach out to the customer and let them know that we need a picture of the label that is orange black and white. Make sure the tag is readable.

@Ashlee O I am sure I have made a mistake on the first 2 photo of the jack. The photos with the orange sticker down the front are not correct for this unit. I got with @Cole P and he confirmed those photos (with orange label) must have been attached to the WO by mistake. So, with this said, the correct jack photos for this claim are the ones attached from the customer. The photos with no tag down the front. Let me know what is best to help get this mess fixed. I am so sorry!

Thanks Stephanie, I did attach the two customer photo's you sent yesterday, KZ is asking for you to reach out to the customer and let them know they need a READABLE picture of the label that is orange, black, and white. Do you think they'll be able to get those?

@Ashlee O Thank you, according to the customer this jack does not have a tag. I was not seeing one either on the front. If they are needing more info I am working with @Chris L to get a tech out to the customer and get better overall photos.

@Stephanie D WO26414 KZRV feedback: EF 12-15 Please see the attachments. I have added a picture with the label circled in blue so that you know what is needed to complete the claim. Without this I can't submit to the vendor. There is a white section in this label with a clear serial number. I have to have that to complete the claim. I added the photo attached to this folder

@Ashlee O I have attached 2 videos of the jack. We sent a tech out to the customer yesterday and there is no tag on this jack. The tech got videos to show there is no tag on the jack.

@Ashlee O I have attached a copy of the PO from them with this customer vin num on the part order. I still maybe off a couple dollars from the purchase price, but they are only allowing about a 15% markup. I could be wrong, but we paid 132.78 and a 30 % markup should be more! Let me know if I am seeing that correct please.
