@Ashlee O I am sorry, I should have been a little more specific on this one. I would do the claim with WFCO for the part (converter). They may not do allow labor, but I thought we would give it a try! Usually in the past I get the part replaced only. If we can get the part covered for the customer, I will take! :)

@Ashlee O I have sent the part back for testing on this claim. This will be part only and shipping only. Do I need to wait until their determination is final before I close it up on my end?

Honestly, I've never done warranty directly with them, so I am not sure. Do you know if they will send a confirmation/invoice after they get the part, or how they work it?

We normally just see a part show up and use the PO on that as our WO number. If it is ok with you, I will just leave it open and see if we receive a part or information. Will that be ok?

@Stephanie D do you need to claim the part? On the return shipping invoice, you have a comment that this will be return shipping and part only, so just wanted to verify.

I spoke with @Cole P on this before I sent it over and this was a part only warranty. He said for this particular case we just need to collect the shipping cost on the part sent back. To my understanding WFCO does not pay labor or the part mark up, they just replace the defective part. I am not sure how this one will go honestly; we may have to charge the customer the shipping amount.
