@Stephanie D WO26150 FR feedback:
job 1 this is normal and us usually due to the aluminum frame or something being screwed down too tight on the oposite side. Is there a cabinet or anything on the other side of the spot?
job 3 These are not nails coming though. THis is color fill to fill the nail holes. This is how this is filled and built as designed.
job 6 Built as designed
job 9 This is not cracked and is a separate piece of trim. This is where they meet. The repair is to color fill.
job 10 Who pulled the plastic off? Also we would not replace a refer for a scratch.

@Ashlee O on Line 1, per my body tech this is a indentation from a previous repair. He stated nothing is on the other side in the interior part that is the cause of this indentation.

@Stephanie D FR feedback:
Job 10 10/06/2025sbabbitt@forestriverinc.comSent back with no response to question asked will result in a denial. Also the model and Serial number is blank on the claim and needs filled out please
Can you get me a clear photo of the M&S number please? Thank you!
Stephanie Davis
dealer_or_external • Oct 7, 2025, 9:31 AM
@Ashlee O I have attached two more clear photos of the complete model and serial number for the fridge.
The plastic on the fridge door was torn in this area when the DAF was being performed.

@Stephanie D FR feedback line 10:
This is a minute scratch that was not noted previously. We do not install the doors or take the refer apart at the plant. It comes to us and is installed as a complete refer. The repair for this would be to touch up and not replace unless you would like to reach out to the vendor for authorization of a replacment.
Let me know how you'd like to proceed!

dealer_or_external • Oct 8, 2025, 11:16 AM
@Ashlee O We can do a touch up and let's see if they will do a half hour labor. I have also noted this on my end when the unit sales and the customer point it out, we will then proceed further. Thanks!
