One connector appears separated/unplugged or hanging loose near the harness. No clear broken plastic, burn marks, corrosion, or cut wiring visible. Some dust/debris around the cable pass-through area.
Readable cable marking is partial/unclear, appears to include “... 100C ...” and other certification-style text.

TESTING AND LEARNING - @Chris B @Heidi H @Tricia H Tri-Am WO 26002 / Forest River PA 2417307: The work order reports lost TV signal, attributes it to a failed Molex connector and requests 0.5 labor hour for connector replacement. The six photos document connector inspection and diagnostic activity but do not prove an electrical failure, repair completion, or restored signal. The native Dropbox thread relays Forest River denial on Aug. 28, 2025 because these were the same pictures as in previously PAID claim 2391659. Please reconcile the two claim numbers, VIN/job/repair lines, photo provenance and the earlier payment/remittance to determine whether this is a duplicate or a distinct failure; obtain the final decision and any repair/payment evidence. The previous paid claim is reported in the OEM thread, not independently verified from remittance in this packet. This TESTING AND LEARNING assessment is not final adjudication or a claim-status instruction. Dealer-testing hold remains active; original Dropbox files are unchanged.
