@Stephanie D WO 25763 FR feedback: job 5: Please provide a picture showing the vendor tag located on the inner part of the awning arm. Thank you. job 8: Hello, this looks to have been caused by damage. Can you advise when this occurred?
Stephanie Davis
dealer_or_external • Jul 24, 2025, 4:48 PM
@Ashlee O Customer stated it developed a small crack at first and when they noticed again it was all the way down. I went out to get the sticker on the awning arm and it is very close to a unit inside. Cole told me he will pull the unit out tomorrow and we can get the info.

Added awning tag pictures. Feedback on line 8: respectfully denied as this is consistent with impact damage

@Stephanie D WO 25763 FR feedback: bvdillon@forestriverinc.comHello, after a second review of the photos this appears to be consistent with damage from the awning being left out in inclimate weather. Due to this it would be considered damage rather than a defect. We can authorize the replacement at part only .

We have done fixed this and the customer picked up yesterday. He will not be back for a few weeks, possibly a couple months. I spoke with Cole, and this is one we will just have to go with what they are saying. Thanks ~
