I am unsure if they are sending two separate checks, (one for labor and one for mark up), but please let me know if the checks don't pay what we're expecting. @Ashlee O A check came in for labor only and @Chris B had me hold the check until they pay the mark up. I did call the number on the approval letter in the folder (Chris's request) and ask if I could get info on the rest of the payment. I will update if and when I hear back from them.
