The a/c is leaking freon and this is a bad a/c. The amp draw is not good at these temps according to specs. Please forward that to them and let's see what they say. I feel like they are very aware the warranty is up today on this a/c and they know it is right on the line!!!

Good morning, on these ones that the part is sent no charge, you should be adding 30% mark up fee to them. You're entitled to it! Will you add that and upload a new completed WO please?

I just got a phone call from Airxcel. She stated they are not paying the mark up on the parts unless we prove an invoice showing what we paid for them. I told her I would relay the message to my warranty advisor. She said in a smart voice...she has my email!

@Stephanie D Where did you get the totals for these Airxcel markups? They are wanting to verify the totals. Are you able to provide a proof of purchase that has the total cost even though it was sent N/C?

@Ashlee O I am working on gathering the needed info. The a/c was sent from NTP so that is where I got my mark up from. I am attaching a snip of the cost for the ac from NTP to prove that would be our cost. As I gather info, I will let you know!

A check came in for labor
only and @Chris B had me hold the check until they pay the mark up. I did call the number on the approval letter in the folder (Chris's request) and ask
if I could get info on the rest of the payment. I will update if and when I hear back from them.
