@Stephanie D FR feedback WO 25635: Job 1: Is this leaking from the tank fitting, or fitting? job 3: The vendor requires photos of the complete part, removed, showing part number on the back. It will also need to be returned to vendor for testing. Job 4: It is very possible that the customer will have low water pressure in the kitchen sink, due to how much water is escaping through the city water fill in line 3. Please confirm there is or is not a gasket, and that will help determine this defect, thank you.

@Ashlee O Line 1 it is leaking from the glue in fitting Line 3 attached photos Line 4 no there is no gasket. Pressure is great in the bathroom and the kitchen faucet is very weak with the water coming from it.

@Ashlee O Could we reach out to FR and see if they will give us an allowance to allow the customer to pick out a faucet? This has been an open order for 14 days now and they have a trip coming up to my understanding. We as a team have a feeling, they are going to get nasty over this soon. I appreciate it!
