@Ashlee O We do not have an account with Grand Design. Customer stated to us that LCI told him as long as he brought the unit to a LCI dealer the claim would be approved. Let me know if I need to contact the customer and maybe have them call LCI. I was not sure how this would go on our end from the get-go!

@Stephanie D Lippert feedback: Our tech team has approved 4 grease caps with steel, 2 hours of labor, and the cost of the wheel cap. Please reply back to this email once the work is completed with a completed work order.
I have attached a warranty claim form in this folder, please fill it out and get it back to me. Thank you!

@Ashlee O I am needing your input on this please. We are still needing the wheel caps for the job to be complete. The customer just brought the unit back yesterday. (been gone a few weeks) According to the info Julie added when she was here, they come from Lionshead. Well from the email (I will forward you) Lionshead stated we needed to get the parts from Grand Design. What is your suggestion on this?

What a mess! My first thought is Lionshead is not wanting to cover the cost, can we just order from them since the cost has already been approved by Lippert? If not, I can contact Grand Design and get their take on the situation too.
