Cust called and stated they have sold the unit to Camping World and would like us to cancel the claim. I have added a snip it of this and we have her on 2 different phone calls today stating this.
@Jules E it is still an open order and @Cole P said he is in agreement with this process.
@Chris B just tagging you because this is the first claim like this with you guys and to make sure I am doing this correctly.

TESTING AND LEARNING — TRI 1202 / RO 25529. Internal evidence review only; not a final coverage decision. job 1: Warranty line says the unit was taken by customer; no corrective work is documented. job 2 complaint: Microwave powers on and stays on but will not heat food; its light stays on at all times. job 2 cause recorded: Microwave is faulty and does not work as designed. job 2 requested correction: Replace the microwave. The complete seven-file NAS packet contains no manufacturer denial letter, payment authorization, portal decision, or other actual manufacturer denial rationale. The claim-folder label is not evidence of the reason for an adjudication. Native Dropbox discussion includes: Chris B and Heidi H Should I just move this to the manufacturer denied folder? (discussion entry, not proof of final payment). Outstanding evidence: Manufacturer claim/authorization or denial decision and stated rationale; Coverage and warranty eligibility determination for the identified Furrion/Lippert microwave; Diagnostic evidence showing the appliance does not heat and that its light remains on, under controlled conditions. No final payment or completed adjudication is inferred from folder placement. @Chris B @Heidi H @Tricia H
