@Ashlee O @Chris B Per Chris B this looks to be damage from the manufacture prior to delivery. Not on the DAF due to the seating was not sat on.

Ashlee Olsen This couch was repaired at the factory and it didn’t hold. They should have replaced it at the factory but we know how that goes. Take another crack at them and push. Thanks!

Here's the response I got from Keystone this morning: Good morning,   This was not noted on the DAF and the unit has been on the dealer lot for nearly a year.  Keystone respectfully stands behind this denial.
