@Stephanie D Here's the response I got...
I apologize for the delay in responding, for some reason we did not receive the address confirmation. The ARC15AACW is no longer available and has been replaced with GRCS15XAHW. The new AC models are NOT compatible with the current control board or thermostat, so those will need to be replaced as well. Please provide the control model it will be one of the following - RARMC2A, RAREC1A, RAREC2A OR RAREC3A. Also does the unit use a GE wall thermostat? If so it is black or white? Please reply back to this email with the information and I will get the replacement order processed right away.
