Warranty image (LINE 2): Close-up of an RV exterior sidewall/graphic area with metallic silver/white finish and black decal striping. Visible issue appears to be brown/tan vertical staining or residue running down across the decal and sidewall, possibly from sealant/adhesive, dirt, or water runoff. No clear crack, dent, or structural damage is visible in this photo. No readable labels or document text. Likely linked to claim line 2 concerning exterior finish/graphic staining or cosmetic cleanup/

- **Observed damage/condition:** Brown/tan vertical streaking or residue running downward across/near the black decal and gray sidewall. Possible adhesive bleed, sealant residue, staining, or dirt trails; exact source not clear. A small shiny edge near the left streak may indicate minor decal edge lift or residue, but this is not definitive.

I just received a phone call from FR on this claim. She has included you in an email and the vendor. She told me that we may want to consider the vendor coming here and doing the repairs. They did say we would be able to collect bay time. If we do these repairs, the vendor will not honor warranty on these areas.

Yes, they have decided to come here and do it. I believe I included you in the email chain. However, I should have noted on here, I'm sorry.

TESTING AND LEARNING — TRI 1202 / RO 25246. Internal factual review, not a final adjudication. The work order reports hood rock-guard bubbling/lost adhesion (Job 1) and loose cab-over rock guard (Job 2). Twelve packet photos show irregular cab-over graphic edges, but the hood photos do not clearly establish adhesive failure. Existing Dropbox discussion records Forest River PA#2260080 and employee-reported denial while a vendor was expected to perform repairs at the dealership. Those thread statements do not replace the original manufacturer decision. Please obtain the actual Forest River decision and vendor arrangement, coverage rationale, repair-completion evidence, invoice, and any bay-time payment or reimbursement record. Do not classify this claim as finally adjudicated or paid without those records. @Chris B @Heidi H @Tricia H
