We still need the following: Job 9: Hello, is this for the drawer front and the drawer guides? if so we will need these seperated. *I can separate these, no problem but I need the time separated so I know what to request for each job. Job 30: This appears it could be touched up *Need confirmation this can be touched up and how much time you will need to do so. Job 32: Hello, is this a nail sticking out? @Destinee M Job 9 states the cabinet door needs to be replaced too due to the drawer hitting it. I want to confirm you are now just asking for guides as the flat rate for just the guides is only 0.2 hour for the pair. Job 30- if the steps are the problem, how will a new door keep this from happening?

Hi everyone — I reviewed the current RO, 95-photo folder, and sidebar updates. The latest thread shows claim 2831983 was submitted and Forest River approved or denied several items; please focus follow-up on the remaining questions: confirm discovery/retail timing for Jobs 3, 5, 12, 17, 26, and 34; add the requested leak-entry photo for Job 27 and confirm whether the Oct 8 uploads answer the Job 6 leak-photo and Job 21 stove model/serial photo requests; clarify Job 9 scope and split hours between the drawer front and guides if both remain; confirm touch-up feasibility/time and how a new door addresses the interference for Job 30; and identify what is protruding in Job 32. The thread also lists NPF, denied, or dealership-responsibility outcomes on other jobs, so please keep those separate from any remaining warranty request. Thanks. @Chris B @Alix M @Randall B @Matt F @Heidi H @Tricia H @Destinee M @Kimberly F

@Destinee M After adding the comment regarding Job 32, this is FR's response; Hello, when you say remove everything, can you confirm what all you're wanting to remove?

@Destinee M Just so you know- all we need on this one is - Job 9 - updated WO separating the cabinet door and the guides on the drawer. Job 30 - FR won't replace a door when the cause is still an issue. We spoke on the phone last week regarding this- Can the steps be adjusted at all to not hit the door and cause future damage to a new door? Job 32: Hello, when you say remove everything, can you confirm what all you're wanting to remove? (I just added this comment this morning) Job 34: we would recommend a sublet to do a professionally clean.

@Destinee M Do you have updated photos of how it looks now and a detailed update on what they attempted to do to the rug to clean it? Just want to be sure I have all information as Forest River specifically said to get a sublet cleaner to clean it.

@Destinee M I wanted to follow up on this- we are going to need to find a sublet since that is what Forest River asked for. If you could contact someone and get an estimate for me. Then if the sublet doesn't work, we can try and request replacement.
