Moving this to claims returned until we get signed WO. Reminder we only have 30 days from the date the work was completed to get this submitted for payment.

---TIME SENSITIVE---
GRE 8220 | RO 14188 (Schneider) | PA 983415. Reviewed all three PDFs, all 12 photos individually and the complete sidebar threads.
Primary return blocker: upload the complete customer-signed final WO. Alix requested it October 21 and returned the claim October 22, reminding the team of 30 days from actual repair completion to submit. The October 21 final still has a blank signature line. Verify the actual completion date rather than use the promised date or print date, confirm the deadline/current claim status and retain an accepted submission reference; obtain late-filing acceptance if required.
Approval/billing: Alix's October 1 note approves 0.7 hour, reduced from the 1.5 hours requested. At the RO's $140 rate that is $98, versus $140 labor on the final, a $42/0.3-hour difference. Reconcile actual time and authorized codes or obtain supplemental approval. Final total is $300.90: $140 labor + $6.45 part + $154.45 freight. Winterization is N/C; do not add its $99 quote to this claim.
The supplier invoice is already here (file INVOICE#_27942302.pdf, GD invoice 1641001, matching VIN). It lists three 612042 trim pieces/$26.07 plus $150.54 shipping/$3.91 packaging, while the final bills one 82203199/693199 piece/$6.45 and all $154.45 shipping/packaging. Verify the part-number cross-reference, actual quantity used and claim-eligible freight allocation; do not automatically bill all ordered stock. The invoice's $180.52 balance due is a parts payable, not evidence of claim payment.
The final records installation of a new door wrap. September 29 photos show the damaged/lifted lower trim, dimensions and upper trim access, but do not establish the later installed replacement or a successful slide-cycle clearance check. Retain the actual repair date, final correction/result and any required after-repair evidence with the signed WO. Assign an owner and target date for signature, billing reconciliation and timely accepted submission.

@Dustin L @Matt F Thank you!
FYI - since only one of the parts from the invoice was used I can only claim 1/3 of the freight which totals $51.48. This will need to be changed in IDS.
