@Alix M WE WOULD LIKE TO LEAVE THE SHOP SUPPLIES ON, WE CHARGE SHOP SUPPLIES BASED ON LABOR HOURS, IT CAN BE MANY THINGS, RAGS, GLASS CLEANER, SCREWS, ETC. PER MATT. @Matt F

@Destinee M @Matt F I understand what Shop Supplies is; however, I need to know specifically what shop supplies were used in order to claim shop supplies. This will get kicked back if I just try and claim "Shop supplies". What was used on this line item? Thank you.

Hi @Destinee M this is from the Grand Design policy and procedure manual regarding Shop Supplies :
. A Shop Supplies Charge is ONLY permitted for supplies actually needed to complete
the repair. Miscellaneous shop supplies such as caulk, sealants, glue, nails, screws,
cleaners and lubricants are limited to 5% of the authorized labor allowance (up to
$25.00 US funds). Additional consideration for larger repairs such as complete roof
sealant replacement, roof membrane replacement, and linoleum replacement.
In order for us to submit for Shop supplies we need to provide the manufacturer a description of what shop supply was used. Please review above policy and let us know definitively how to go forward with this request. FYI the amount of SS on this line would be less than $3.

@Destinee M @Alix M I would g note that a cleaner and a couple of screws were replaced on this one (based on his repair), or not attempt to claim the SS because he didn't use them (if that's the case) Going forward my best recommendation is to have the technicians add something along those lines to their notes. For example, "I centered the couch in the slide out, replaced two screws and cleaned finger prints off of couch" . That's all the support that would/should be needed in this case. FYI @Matt F you might want o get your technicians on board with that kind of a write up.
