@Randall B @Matt F Due to not being tagged in this, I did was not notified. This is now well past the 30 days. I am going to move this into the claims returned folder as this will be one that will need to be submitted when we get approval to submit old claims.

Main blocker: obtain written acceptance to submit this older claim. Alix's October 1 reply places it on hold until old-claim approval. Use the July 29 approval and documented drop shipment to support the request; confirm the current PA/payment status and a submission owner/date.
Receipt is already answered: Randall's September 2 comment reports FedEx delivery to the customer on August 10. GD invoice 1613710 is present, addressed directly to Betty Jerome, with tracking 875462652091. Do not repeat the old request to find out when the customer received it; retain that delivery evidence for the claim.
Complete the final billing record: the RO currently bills only 0.34 hour/$47.60 and zero shade quantity. The supplier invoice is $83.85 ($54.91 shade + $28.94 shipping/packaging). Reconcile the covered part/freight and actual diagnostic/removal work to PA 965852, including the allowed labor; do not bill dealership installation unless performed. Record the applicable completion/delivery date and any required customer acknowledgment for the accepted drop-ship procedure.
The photos support the shade off its spool and the removed assembly; they do not establish that the replacement was installed or that the claim was paid. Obtain the accepted final claim amount, reconcile any payment already received, and retain the submission receipt.
