---TIME SENSITIVE--- GRE 8220 | RO 13720 | PA 961403 / supplier case 6928926. Reviewed both PDFs, all 23 photos individually and all three sidebar threads. Needed: the final dated repair RO with completed heater/light correction, installed part quantities, actual labor and successful operational tests. The current $210 RO has zero parts quantities and still says the heater fan/controller and light are needed. The shower correction already records nine rivets installed, supported by repair photos; do not treat that work as wholly undocumented. Reconcile line-by-line with Alix's July 8 approval: job 1 up to 1.5 hours for the flue-fan replacement; job 2 light 0.2 hour; job 3 shower 0.5 hour. The RO records 0.5 hour on each. The light is 0.3 hour/$42 above approval; the heater's recorded time differs from its allowance. Verify actual performed/billable time and any additional authorization rather than automatically changing hours. The parts invoice is already here: GD invoice 1602398 totals $444.09 ($372.24 parts + $71.85 shipping/packaging), covering the light, flue fan and heater controller. Confirm whether the controller was installed and separately authorized, since the quoted supplier approval specifically names the flue fan. Reconcile actual used parts/freight into the final warranty bill; the invoice's $0 balance is not proof of claim payment. Photos show the E5 fault, heater identification, stained light and shower repair. The RO says the earlier leak was repaired by another dealer; focus on the remaining light replacement and final testing. Confirm completion date, current claim/payment status and any late-filing acceptance needed, then name the submission owner/date and retain the accepted reference. Keep this separate from RO 13657 on the same VIN. @Matt F @Alix M @Heidi H @Chris B @Dustin L @Destinee M @Randall B
