Indpected rooftop, examined membrane, sealants and fixtures. Membrane is in good condition, free of any damage, sealants are somewhat dirty looking, but resembles its age, sealants are free of shrinkage, some slight dry-cracking, nothing concerning. still sufficient to withhold moisture penetration, fixtures are in good condition, no evidence of damage or leaking. Inspect sealants next season for possible refreshing. No further action necessary at this time. BBI

Request BBI - Wheel hubs were Over-greased at some point. Grease pushed through axle seal coating brake components. Highly recommend replacement of Brake hub assemblies x4, new axle seals required, clean and repack bearing need to be done too. Grease is black and spent. (6.5hrs) dexter axles and components 2.25"x10"

@Alix M THIS IS FOR A DEXTER WARRANTY. WE INSTALLED ALL 4 DEXTER BRAKES LAST YEAR, THEY TOOK STRAIGHT HERE TO STORAGE. wHEN THEY TOOK OUT THE UNIT THEY WERE NOT ENGAGING. CMR BROKE IN BRAKES PER THE MANUAL AND THE ODS FRONT WAS NOT ENGAGING. WE HAVE ALL PARTS HERE FOR THE DEFECTIVE PARTS AND I WILL ADD THE PREVIOUS WORK ORDER WHERE ORIGINALLY INSTALLED.
