@Alix M THE REMEDY WAS INSTALLING THE V-BRACKETS PER THE TSB- THERE ARE NO BEFORE OR AFTER PHOTOS AS THE WORK WAS COMPLETED BEFORE THE TSB WAS UPDATED TO REQUEST BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS. THIS WORK WAS COMPLETED BACK IN NOVEMBER BUT WE HAD TO WAIT FOR THE RECEIPT FROM THE CUSTOMER TO CLAIM THE WORK AS THE CUSTOMER PICKED UP THE UNIT DIRECTLY FROM THE WELDING FACILITY AS WE DO NOT WELDING.

Asked for clarification on this approval, it looks like they approved 3 hours of labor time, not the sublet amount. I will provide information once I get clarification from Tony.

@Kaitlyn R Yes, the sublet amount. Grand Design appears to have it entered incorrectly for the 3rd time. I have reached out to Tony to fix it to match the invoice. Just put the work completed date, which should be the invoiced date. That is all we need here. Thanks!

@Alix M NOT YET.. WE'VE HAD NOT GREAT WEATHER FOR GETTING ON THE GROUND UNDER A UNIT.. HAHA. WITH MORE COMING THIS WEEKEND! I WILL MESSAGE THE CUSTOMER AGAIN TO SEE IF THERE IS ANYWAY THAT THEY COULD PUT CARDBOARD OR SOMETHING ON THE GROUND TO GET THE PICTURES.

I will reach out to Grand Design. That is a lot to ask a customer, I think its ridiculous they are even asking the customer to do this to begin with. I will just tell them these photos won't be available until the Spring due to snow and wet ground.

@Alix M THIS UNIT IS GONE.. AND HAS BEEN FOR A WHILE. I WILL REACH OUT TO THE CUSTOMER TO SEE IF THEY CAN AGAIN TAKE MORE PICTURES OF THE BRACKETS. ADDITIONALLY, THE SUBLET RECEIPT IS HOW THE SUBLET SHOP BILLS IT OUT. I WILL REACH OUT TO THEM BUT I AM UNSURE OF HOW THEY WILL DO IT. WE HAVE DONE MULTIPLE CLAIMS NOW FOR THIS SCENARIO AND THEY HAVE NEVER REQUESTED PART NUMBERS. HOWEVER... PER THE TSB NO POST REPAIR PHOTOS ARE REQUIRED SO WE HAVE NOT BEEN TELLING CUSTOMERS THAT IT IS NEEDED. IF GRAND DESIGN IS GOING TO REQUEST THEM FOR EVERY CLAIM, THEY SHOULD UPDATE THE TSB AS THAT IS WHAT WE FOLLOW.

@Matt F THE CUSTOMER HAS THE UNIT AND HASNT RESPONDED TO US YET. ADDITIONALLY, THE TSB STATES THAT NO POST PICTURES ARE NEEDED. THEY ALSO WANT US TO HAVE BDT COMPLETELY CHANGE THEIR INVOICES TO REFLECT PARTS AND LABOR FOR THIS ONE. WE HAVE DONE QUITE A FEW OF THESE CLAIMS ALREADY AND THEY HAVE NEVER MADE A STINK ABOUT IT BEFORE. I DONT KNOW HOW YOU WANT US TO HANDLE THIS.

@Kaitlyn R the "parts" are pieces of steel. BDT provided the required materials as misc. We did not utilize grand designs "part numbered parts" BDT used their own supply of steel matching the requirements of the campaign.
