@Alix M THERE IS NOTHING MORE THAT I CAN PUT IN IT AS WE DO NOT ACTUALLY LOOK AT THESE UNITS.. WE SET UP THE APPOINTMENTS FOR THEM TO GO TO A SUBLET SHOP TO HAVE THE WELDING DONE. WE DON'T INSPECT THEM OR ANYTHING. THE ONLY THING THAT I CAN PUT IN THERE IS THAT IT IS PART OF THE CUSTOMER SATIFACTION PROGRAM AND THAT THE WELDING IS COMPLETE.

So, there were cracks, the WO should include that. We will need the sublet invoice to process as a sublet.
