@Kaitlyn R The in date is 11/24/25 and you are stating the work was done prior to the WO date. Typically, the WO would be written up before the work was completed, please advise as I have noticed this on multiple WOs lately.

@Alix M when they get split off from a different work order (this one was split off from 13039B) due to already having a claim on the other work order, it will automatically change the "date in" date to the date that it was split off.

@Alix M THIS IS THE LINE THAT THAT WORK ORDER ORIGINALLY BELONGED TO.. WHEN THERE IS A WARRANTY LINE, WE SPLIT IT OFF SO THAT WE ARE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE REST OF THE WORK ORDER. ONCE THE LINE IS SPLIT IF, THE DATE IN DATE IS THE DATE THE IT WAS SPLIT OFF.
