can you advise if the gray sealant was applied by the dealership? Did the tech take a photo showing the leak down the side of the unit? Thank you!

@Alix M i believe the photo close up of the unit is supposed to be the photo of the water running down. The tech that inspected this is out. I believed that the caulk was the customer trying to prevent further water but I am not sure. I will get with the tech tomorrow as he was out sick today.

@Alix M I got with the tech this morning, he did not apply the gray sealant. That was applied by the owner of the unit we assume to stop the leak. But there is where the tech fixed the leak. and I did verify that the photo I tagged you in close up of the unit was to show the water dripping down. If you look at the bottom right of the photo you can see some of the dry dripping.

Warranty Repair 1: approved for 0.3 hour
Warranty Repair 2: denied -
We respectfully deny this request as the pictures are not showing a defect. Customer maitenance is to be performed on seals every 6 months after ownership, the unit has been retail sold for 10 months. This is regular maintenance and not a warranty issue. Thank you.
