@Alix M THIS IS UNIT IS PERMANENTLY PARKED AT THE CUSTOMERS PROPERTY. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK OUT TO THE UNIT UNTIL ALL OF THE WARRANTY ITEMS CAN BE REPAIRED AS THE CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY A SERVICE CALL FEE OF $130.00 EACH TIME WE GO OUT THEIR UNIT.
CUSTOMER IS GOING TO TRY TO ATTEMPT TO GET THE SHADE DOWN TO FIND THE TAG FOR LINE 1.
IF THE CUSTOMER CANNOT FIND IT, IS FOREST RIVER GOING TO PAY US TO REMOVE AND REINSTALL THE BLIND?
