@Kaitlyn R @Michelle A Warranty Repair 1: per vendor By chance was the 4th dip switch on the back of the thermostat in the down or up position? If this is in the up position, it will need to be flipped down in order for the furnace to work.

@Alix M WE NEED TO GO BACK FOR DIFFERENT APPROVAL FOR LINE 1. THE TECHNICIANS INSTALLED A NEW THERMOSTAT YESTERDAY TO COMPLETE THE WORK ON THIS UNIT. IT DID NOT RECTIFY THE ISSUE. THE TECH BELIEVES THAT WE NEED TO REPLACE THE CONTROL BOARD.
